Project Objectives: Achieving Thermal Excellence (R10)
As part of this energy renovation project on a recent 200m² construction, we supported our clients in an ambitious approach to enhancing their home. The technical objective was precise: achieve a thermal resistance of R=10m²K/W.
This performance level, which far exceeds conventional standards, was specifically chosen to deliver maximum energy efficiency. In winter, this insulation guarantees optimal thermal comfort and a drastic reduction in heating requirements. In summer, it acts as a true shield against solar radiation, a now crucial consideration for maintaining natural interior coolness during heat waves. This project demonstrates that excellence in insulation remains the best lever for preserving property value while adapting to current climate challenges.
