BIO-BASED INSULATION - RECYCLED TEXTILE
R-VRAC is a thermal and acoustic insulation, made from cotton wool derived from textile recycling. A healthy and ecological alternative to conventional wools.
With a lambda of 0.048W/(m.K), ACERMI certified, good thermal phase shift, excellent sound insulation, and good water vapor management.
This product is installed by manual spreading or pneumatic blowing:
- on floors of unoccupied or hard-to-access attics
- on plasterboard ceilings on frameworks compliant with standard NF DTU 25.41
Its flake format allows for homogeneous distribution and limits thermal bridges. Light, soft, low-dust, and non-irritating, R-VRAC offers clean and comfortable installation.

Avec une conductivité de 0,048 W/(m.K) et un déphasage thermique de 6 à 8 heures, le R-VRAC assure une barrière contre le froid hivernal et bloque la chaleur estivale.
Régulation naturelle de l'humidité
Grâce aux propriétés hygroscopiques de la laine de coton, votre logement "respire" mieux, évitant ainsi les problèmes de condensation.
Isolation phonique d'excellence
La structure fibreuse du coton recyclé absorbe les bruits aériens et d'impact, offrant un confort acoustique supérieur.

Longévité garantie 50 ans
Notre solution est conçue pour ne subir aucun affaissement, maintenant sa résistance thermique pendant 5 décennies.
Environnement sain et répulsif naturel
Classé A+, le R-VRAC ne dégage pas de COV. Sa composition est naturellement peu attractive pour les rongeurs.
FACILITÉ DE MISE EN OEUVRE
Installation flexible (épandage ou soufflage)
Le produit s'installe soit manuellement par épandage, soit par soufflage pneumatique pour atteindre les zones difficiles d'accès.
Ultra-léger et manipulable
Avec seulement 4,8 kg/m² pour une résistance R=7, il ne surcharge pas les plafonds et facilite le transport sur chantier.
