Last November, the Dagobaire team welcomed the cameras of Réel Média to our factory. The objective of this report? To concretely demonstrate how we transform what was destined to become waste into an ecological and protective resource for our interiors.

Giving a Second Life to End-of-Life Textiles

Every year, mountains of used or damaged clothing end up in the trash, incinerated, or buried. To avoid this environmental waste, local solutions exist. Thanks to the support of the eco-organization Refashion, we collect these end-of-life textiles to give them a second purpose. We shred them into fibers that are then transformed: either into new technical yarns at UTT Yarns, or into thermal and acoustic insulation solutions at Dagobaire. This is a true circular economy approach.
