R-PANO - PERIMETER WALL AND SLOPED CEILING LINING

Completed for a private client, this project demonstrates how to significantly improve a home's thermal performance using bio-based and sustainable insulation solutions.
Project challenges: improving the energy rating
As part of this energy renovation project covering 220m², we supported our client in an approach aimed at significantly improving the thermal performance of their home.
The objective was clear: improve the home's energy rating, an increasingly common challenge in renovation projects. To meet this goal, two insulation products were installed: R-PANO 50 (45mm thickness) and R-PANO 40 (100mm thickness), adapted respectively for perimeter wall lining and sloped ceiling insulation.
Key stages of the intervention
The work focused on two complementary areas of the home: the walls, through perimeter lining, and the sloped ceilings.
Insulation Installation of R-PANO 50 (45mm) on the walls and R-PANO 40 (100mm) on the sloped ceilings.
Airtightness Installation of a vapor barrier over all installed insulation, to ensure long-term insulation performance.
Finishing Installation of plasterboard, for a durable and aesthetic result.
Another project that proves recycled textile has its place in energy renovation.

Featured product: R-PANO
To meet the requirements of this public building, the choice was R-PANO, our semi-rigid panel insulation solution from the circular economy.
R-PANO is a bio-based insulation made from recycled textiles (approximately 7 recycled garments for one 100mm R-PANO panel). It is an ecological and high-performance alternative to conventional insulation, perfectly suited as a thermal and acoustic panel.
